Barrier Reef Pools TM (“Barrier Reef”) manufactures fibreglass pools and spas that are then distributed to independent retailers and/or dealers (the “Dealers”).

Barrier Reef and the relationship between each of our Dealers is that of an independent contractor. This relationship shall never be construed or deemed to be a partnership, employment, agency relationship, joint venture or any other similar relationship.

Dealers have no authority of any kind whatsoever to form any binding obligation on part of Barrier Reef, or any other affiliates or partners of Barrier Reefs. Barrier Reef Dealers do hold any authority to act for or on behalf of Barrier Reef, and they are not agents for Barrier Reef. Each Dealer solely has the right to control and direct its employees, contractors and/or agents.

Barrier Reef has no right to control or direct any employees, contractors and/or agents and Dealers that sell its pools.

Barrier Reef takes no liability nor responsibility whatsoever for repairs or installation of its pools when the installation or repair was performed solely by the independent retailer or dealer that sold/and or installed the pool, or its subcontractors.

Barrier Reef disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission on behalf of any Dealer. Barrier Reef’s obligation concerning pools manufactured by them is limited to its Lifetime Structural Warranty.

Barrier Reef manufactured pools are no-diving, diving boards and quick entry devices are not to be installed for use with a Barrier Reef Pool.
