Pool Construction - Seven Layers Of Strength
Layer 1
Interior Surface Finish
The first layer is the Advanced Pool Colour Technology gel coat. This is UV and chemical resistant and is the most premium colour technology on the market. An Optional Lifetime Interior Surface Guarantee is available.
Layer 2
Anti-Corrosion Barrier
The second layer is a high-quality Vinyl Ester resin layer. This adheres to the Advanced Pool Colour Technology and provides the pool with superior water and chemical resistance.
Layer 3
First Structural & Additional Chemical Resistant Layer
The third layer is another layer of the high-quality Vinyl Ester resin although, this layer is combined with JUSHI E6-CR glass fibre to add extra resistance against corrosion and strength to the laminate.
Layer 4
Second Structural Layer
The fourth layer is a high-quality Polyester resin with JUSHI E6-CR glass fibre, including structural enhanced properties. No fillers are used.
Layer 5
Reinforcement Layer
The fifth layer consists of another layer of high-quality Polyester resin and JUSHI E6-CR glass fibre with structural enhanced properties included in the reinforcement structures on the pool shell. Again, no fillers are used.
Layer 6
Outer Core Laminate
The sixth layer is made from Klegecell/Divinycell sandwich core laminate. This material is commonly used on luxury yachts & F1 racing boats. Klegecell/Divinycell is world-renowned for their high-performance sandwich core strengthening.
Layer 7
Outer Sealer Coat
The seventh layer is a smooth and glossy finish made from high-quality waxed Polyester resin to protect the pool layers.
Vinyl Ester Resin

It offers premium protection against heat, corrosion, water damage and osmosis. Vinyl Ester resin is double the price of other resin types, and our fibreglass shells are made using three layers, ensuring that our pools are exceptionally strong and long-lasting.

New Generation High Performance Fibreglass
JUSHI E6-CR GLASS FIBRE
JUSHI E6-CR Glass fibre is a superior product that is better for the environment and is used in place of mainstream E glass fibre.
JUSHI E6-CR is a relatively new type of E-glass fibre with enhanced properties. It features the same benefits of E-glass fibre with additional strength, acid corrosion resistance, modulus, and temperature resistance enabling it to tolerate the most demanding applications.
